Chris Roper wins the senior B race after staying clear over the last 4 laps. He also took the third prime.

In the Senior (B)
race Englishman Chris Roper (Team Madigan) had a fine win after
breaking clear from Anthony Mitchell (Toyota North Down C.C.), Shaun
Gray (Orchard Whs), Paul Ferguson (Toyota North Down C.C.) and Jonathan
Kyle, Stephen Farr, and Davy Clarke (all Team Madigan). Having
maintained a 15 seconds advantage over the last 5 laps Chris Roper
had done enough to take the win as the chasers closed in
fast. It was veteran Anthony Mitchell who is making a come
back to racing again who powered away to take second place at
2 seconds behind. Shaun Gray another veteran rider was in lively
form, Shaun took third place at 3 seconds behind. Paul Ferguson
took fourth place, same time. Further back Jonathan Kyle was
fifth, Stephen Farr sixth and Davy Clarke seventh. The primes
were won by Danny Hylands, John Neill and Chris Roper (all Team
Madigan).
